Clara Hurrie
My role is effectively in client servicing and administration as well as supporting advisors. This includes offering both new and existing clients a friendly and professional service in line with our Practice, Partners’, St. James’s Place, and regulatory requirements.
What is your education/background?
I obtained a BCom degree through the University of South Africa. This fuelled my interest in finances and steered me in the direction of client servicing and administrative support. I have attained the St James’s Place Platinum Accreditation as a Partner Support Specialist recognised by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
What do you look to achieve at Hansa Wealth Management?
I am passionate about bringing new ideas to the firm to improve efficiencies. I am also focused on relationship development across various areas for clients and referral partners. An important goal of mine is to grow the firm and assist more businesses and individuals to learn, grow and access financial opportunities that they didn’t realise were available.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I am married with two children, one in second year university and the other in first year of Sixth Form. While away from the office, I enjoy travelling and the outdoors exploring the countryside. I stay fit through practising Pilates or Yoga and delight in spending time with my family and friends.
Who most inspires you?
Nelson Mandela for his unwavering commitment to peace, forgiveness, compassion and human dignity. He inspires me to make a difference in the lives of others through the relationships we have – our clients, work colleagues, families and community.
