My role is to effectively optimise, and manage the Practice operations internally, and externally. This includes enhancing processes, technology, and systems support, and client, and vendor support, in line with our Practice, Partners’, St. James’s Place, and regulatory requirements.

What is your education/job background?

I have a degree in Business Studies, which I received at the University of Hertfordshire. I have a large amount of experience in a variety of industries, with coordinating, planning, and management.

What do you look to achieve at Hansa Wealth Management?

I am passionate about bringing new ideas to the firm to improve the operational processes internally, and externally. I am determined to improve the relationships that Hansa has built with her new, and existing clients, and bring exciting new opportunities for the team to benefit from. An important goal of mine is to provide added value on the Practice’s growth, and assist with helping, learning, managing, and maintaining the back-office team.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my children, and taking them to different sports activities.

Who most inspires you?

My parents, who came from nothing to build the life they have.
